- Metro: get off at Paral·lel station (L2/L3) and then take the special bus which runs on the Funicular route with the same operating hours (Monday to Friday, from 7.30 am to 9.00 pm and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm). The whole of Barcelona on a single ticket
Make unlimited journeys over 48, 72, 96 and 120 consecutive hours with the Hola Barcelona travel card, the fastest, easiest and cheapest way to get around the city. You can make as many journeys as you like on Barcelona public transport for a one-time fare. Hola Barcelona Travel Card includes metro journeys to and from the airport.
Get carried away by tourist and leisure services
You can also see Barcelona’s famous sights on the Barcelona Bus Turístic. The ticket includes a includes over 200 vouchers giving discounts on leisure and cultural activities and museums in the city. Or try a ride on a different form of transport.

On Sunday 14th December, La Sagrera fun run will be held, affecting the bus service.

One more year, the Christmas fairs and markets are back in the neighborhoods and municipalities of Barcelona. We take you there with metro and bus.
Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) has planned a reinforcement of the metro service on Saturdays, Sundays and inter-week holidays in December with stores open to facilitate mobility. Bus lines are also reinforced in the city center and other commercial hubs on public holidays when shops are allowed to open their doors.

Christmas Fair in Sant Jaume
The long-awaited celebration is here, drawing on traditional imagery but with a fresh new twist. This year, in our square, the stars and the cosmos embrace us in a warm return of light to the city. A living projection that also transforms chromatically on the most special dates of Christmas, on the nights of 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 and 5 January. A celebration open to everyone in a square that becomes an immersive open-air experience.
The schedule from Monday to Thursday will be from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and the eve of holidays from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. On 25 December, 31 December and 5 January from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Christmas Fair on Passeig de Gràcia
The Paseo de Gracia Association is once again organising Christmas activities that will fill the iconic avenue with life and light on Fridays and Saturdays 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 and 20 December. During these days, Passeig de Gràcia will become a large open-air stage with travelling performances by Seis Arcos, Traps, Lux Equorum, Insólitos, Brodas Bros and La Esfera Itinerante.
Fusing theatre, music, dance and visual art, Passeig de Gràcia will be transformed into a veritable artistic and festive promenade. Every weekend, the various travelling shows will surprise audiences with their creativity and energy, offering unique experiences for all ages.

Natalis: Christmas in Poble Espanyol
From 29 November to 4 January, Poble Espanyol becomes one of the most magical destinations for celebrating Christmas in Barcelona.
Immerse yourself in Natalis, six magical worlds that transform the village into a Christmas fantasy setting. You can enjoy fixed and travelling performances and shows that will fill the venue with music, fun, games and activities for all ages, workshops that will stimulate creativity and the Christmas spirit, and decorations throughout the village that will surprise young and old alike.

Sant Tomàs and Three Kings Fair at Gran Via
The fair will be open between 18 December and 6 January and will occupy the section of Gran Via between Muntaner and Rocafort streets.
The fair will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., except on Saturdays and the eve of public holidays, when it will close at 10 p.m., on the side platforms of Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes between Muntaner and Rocafort streets.

Responsible Consumption and Social Solidarity Economy Fair
From 19 to 30 December, the Responsible Consumption and Social and Solidarity Economy Fair will be held in Plaça de Catalunya, where you will find quality, locally sourced products made under conditions that respect people and the environment.
The Responsible Consumption and Social and Solidarity Economy Fair is open in the southern section of Plaça de Catalunya (facing Rambla de Canaletes and Carrer Portal de l'Àngel) from Friday 19 to Tuesday 30 December, from 11 am to 8.30 pm, with the following exceptions. The Fair is not open on Christmas Day or St Stephen's Day, and on Wednesday 24th it will close at 6 pm.

From 17 December to 5 January, the 7th Christmas and Three Kings Fair will be held in the Rambla de Sants Gardens, filling the elevated walkway with craft stalls, gifts, food and decorations.

From 11 to 14 December, the best padel in the world returns to Barcelona, more specifically at the Palau Sant Jordi.
The Premier Padel Finals offers padel fans the chance to witness the culmination of an exciting season, with the best pairings in the men's and women's competition battling it out to be crowned champions at the final tournament in 2025.

On December 24th, Christmas Eve, TMB buses make their final departure from their origin at 10 pm.
Metro
- Christmas Eve: the metro service operates until midnight.
- Christmas day: on 25th of December, the metro service ends at 2 am.
- Sant Esteve's day: on 26th of December, the metro service ends at 2 am.
- New Year's Eve:on 31th of December, continuous service throughout Saturday to Sunday night.
- New Year's Day:on 1st of January, the metro service operates until midnight.
- Three King's Eve: on 5th January, the metro service ends at 2 am.
- Three King's Day: on 6th January, the metro service operates until midnight.
Other modes of transport
- Montjuïc Cable Car :
- From 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

Between December 20th and 30th, the Plaça de Catalunya will transform into a meeting point for performing arts, offering a program that includes music, theater, dance, and street circus. With proposals from the local, national, and international scenes, the festival presents performances designed for all audiences, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, over the course of eleven days.

On Saturday 6 December, the Sant Andreu fun run will be held, affecting the bus service.

From November 28th to January 6th, the Moll de la Fusta will be the setting for a new edition of “Nadal al Port”. This year, there will be a new feature: free baptisms on sailboats and night tours on a themed Golondrina boat. As usual, the venue will host a market with a variety of food options, attractions for children, and a program of activities organized by organizations and music schools from the neighborhoods surrounding the Port of Barcelona.
