For what procedures do you have to ask for an appointment?
An appointment is required for in-person T-mobilitat procedures. See all procedures available by appointment.
T-mobilitat procedures:
Procedures related to the registration and purchase of the T-mobilitat support (with or without the first ticket loaded to it) can also be carried out online via TMB Tickets or the TMB App.
If you choose to carry out these procedures in person, book an appointment and prepare for it:
- You need to have downloaded the TMB App.
- You need to have registered on JoTMBé.
- You should also bring an official proof of identity document (DNI, NIE with TIE or passport).
- If applicable, also bring supporting evidence for any discounts you may be entitled to (single-parent or large-family)..
What should you know before coming?
- Registration
- Save yourself this in-person procedure; you can register online, through TMB Tickets or the TMB App.
- If you do decide to come to a centre, we will carry out your T-mobilitat registration and we will show you how to manage the T-mobilitat from the TMB App.
- If you are entitled to the discount for single parents or large families, we will also activate your profile. You can also do this activation yourself through TMB Tickets or the TMB App.
- Buying the medium
- Once your registration with T-mobilitat has been confirmed, you can buy the medium for the T-mobilitat. You’ll need to pay for the medium with a credit or debit card.
- If you have an Android mobile with NFC, the medium can be digital: digital wallet; otherwise, the medium will be physical, the T-mobilitat card.
- When you buy the medium, you can choose to upload one of the transport tickets available for the T-mobilitat (except for T-16, which has a specific procedure). Payment can only be made by credit or debit card.
- Once your registration with T-mobilitat has been confirmed, you can buy the medium for the T-mobilitat. You’ll need to pay for the medium with a credit or debit card.
Other procedures available by appointment:
- Request an invoice. To request an invoice for tickets or passes purchased at vending machines, or in person from member establishments. Remember that they must be tickets from the integrated fare system or TMB's own tickets (we do not offer this service for tickets or travel cards from other operators). You can also request a full invoice for tickets purchased for T-mobilitat.
- Purchase of large quantities of tickets. To collect season ticket orders, buy more than 10 tickets or travel cards, or to buy T-escolar travel cards with no minimum amount. In all cases, you will have to pay for the travel cards on the spot, in cash or by card.
- Submit a statement. To submit allegations in the event that you do not have the intervention bulletin or a reminder letter, you will need to provide specific details of date, time, place, name and surnames and identification document.
- Submit a complaint, claim or suggestion. you will need to provide your personal data, such as name and surname and id.

How to ask for an appointment
Enter the email address and choose the center, date, time and procedure you want to do. If the calendar does not show any activated date for this center, we suggest that you request an appointment for another center.
Once you have booked the date and time, you will receive an email with the reservation code, which you will need to enter when you arrive at the center.
The appointment is only for the service you have chosen, and only one person per appointment can be attended.
How to cancel an appointment
If you cannot attend an appointment, please cancel it. You can do this by entering the email address and booking code at Appointment cancellation. You can also cancel the appointment from the confirmation email.
