What are the benefits of the single-parent or large family profile?
With the single-parent or large family profile active, you can buy your specific discount travel cards online at TMB Tickets and at TMB App. It's easy and convenient.
How do I request activation of a single-parent or large family profile?
First of all, login to JoTMBé. If you do not have a user profile, register now at JoTMBé.
With the JoTMBé session started, the profile application form for single-parent or large family will be displayed. Just fill it it and attach the following documents:
- Photograph of the single-parent or large family card in force.
- Photographs of the valid ID card or equivalent document proving your identity and that of each of the minors you are in charge of.
The format accepted for the attached documents are PDF, JPG, DOC i DOCX. Before you attach the documents, please make sure that the text on the images you are attaching can be easily read.
You can attach a maximum of 10 files with a total maximum size of 6MB.
Resolution of the application
Within two working days, you will receive an email indicating whether your single-parent or large family profile has been activated or, if it has not been activated, the reason why.
As soon as the single-parent or large family profile has been activated, you will see it in "My profile" at JoTMBé under "Active bonuses". From that moment on, you will be able to buy the discounted travel cards for single-parent or large families, online on the web or from the TMB App.
General conditions
To process your application, remember:
- You must attach all the documentation: ID Card/NIE and single parent /large family card.
- All the documentation must be in force.
- In addition, all documents and/or images must be fully legible.
Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in the rejection of the application.
Once the application has been processed, the documents sent will be deleted from our databases.
TMB reserves the right to request that the user physically delivers the documentation to a Punt TMB. If the user does not deliver, at the request of TMB, the documentation, TMB may withdraw the assigned profile's right to purchase tickets online.
