What incidents do we give information on?
When is the information updated?
Information is made available from the first working day following the incident and can be consulted up to 15 days after the date on which the incident ends.
Select the incident that led to your delay and click on “See incident”. The information will be shown in a pop-up window. If you wish, you can send this information via email.
If you need information regarding an incident that does not appear on the previous list, you can request it by selecting “The incident I'm looking for is not there” and filling in the form.
