How to retrieve lost property
To enquire whether an item lost on the transport services we operate (metro, bus, Montjuïc funicular, Montjuïc cable car, Barcelona Bus Turístic and Tramvia Blau) has been found, just fill in the form below. You should provide your full name, as it appears on documents, the place where the object was lost and a description to help identify it (e.g. make and model, distinguishing marks or details or, in the case of a personalised travel card, the ID number that figures on it).
You can also call 902 075 027 and give a brief description of the lost item (two working days after the day of the loss).
If the item has been found, it will be at the Punt TMB Diagonal information and customer service centre (L3 and L5), where you can collect it, within 24 hours, by showing your ID card (or equivalent) and signing a receipt for the item recovered.
You can also authorise to collect the item for you. In addition to a signed authorisation, that person must show a photocopy of your ID document plus their own original ID document.
For reasons of hygiene, neither food items nor objects presumed to contain food will be kept.
