How to retrieve lost property
To enquire whether an item lost on the transport services we operate has been found, just fill in the form below.
If the item has been found, it will be at the Punt TMB Diagonal (L3 and L5) information and customer service centre where you can collect it, in a minimum of 48 hours, by showing your ID card (or equivalent). You can also authorise someone to collect the item for you, who must provide a signed authorisation, along with a photocopy of your ID document plus their own original ID document.
