Punt TMB customer services
There are three Punts TMB on the metro network: at the stations Diagonal (L3 and L5), Universitat (L1 and L2) and La Sagrera (L1, L5, L9 Nor and L10 Nord).
You can carry out processes that cannot be done through the virtual office. For most of these processes, you need to book an appointment. When you get to the Punt TMB, enter the code of the appointment and wait at the red line.
Online processes and previously arranged appointments help to reduce the queues for those needing face to face assistance.
When can I go to the Punts TMB without an appointment?
You can go to the Punts TMB without a previously arranged appointment when you need to change a ticket or a travel card that does not work, despite being in good condition, and when you have to buy a subsidised T-usual for an unemployed person. At Punts TMB, you can ask for the activation of the corresponding subsidised profile. Then, you will be able to buy the subsidised T-usual travel card online on TMB Tickdets website and on TMB App.
When you get to the Punt TMB, stand at the end of the blue line, we will assist you in order of arrival.
If more convenient, ask any customer service agent in any metro station to change the ticket or travel card that does work.
Punt TMB Diagonal customer service office (L3, L5)
Location
Ticket hall of the Diagonal station (L3, L5). Access from Carrer de Rosselló - Rambla de Catalunya, before going through the ticket barriers.
Accessible station
Opening hours
- Monday to Friday (except public holidays): from 08:00 to 20:00. Due to works, closed from 11 to 24 January.
- 24 and 31 December: from 08.00 to 19.00.
Punt TMB Universitat customer service office (L1, L2)
Location
Ticket hall of the Universitat station (L1, L2). Access from Carrer de Pelai, before going through the ticket barriers.
Accessible station
Opening hours
- Monday to Friday (except public holidays): from 08:00 to 20:00.
- Saturday: from 09:00 to 17:30.
- Sunday and public holidays: from 09:00 to 14:00.
- 24 and 31 December: from 08.00 to 19.00.
- Closed on 1 January, 25 December and 26 December.

Apart from dealing with the usual inquiries, the Punt TMB Universitat customer service office is the center for collecting any lost property.
Punt TMB La Sagrera customer service office (L1, L5, L9 Nord, L10 Nord)
