Recommended transport
On Saturday, May 17th, you can take your pick of venues in Barcelona to enjoy some culture between 7.00 p.m. to 1.00 a.m.
There are open museums like:

1. MNAC (Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya)
The MNAC shows catalan artworks since the 11th century. It is placed on Parc de Montjuïc.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines D20, D40, H12, H16, V7, 13, 46, 55, 65, 79, 91, 109, 125 and 150.
- Metro: getting off at Espanya (L1/L3).
2. MCNB (Museu de les Ciències Naturals de Barcelona)
The Museu de les Ciències Naturals de Barcelona offers expositions to understand the evolution of life on Earth. It is placed on Parc del Fòrum.
You can go with:
3. MUHBA (Museu d'Història de Barcelona)
In Museu d'Història de Barcelona you will learn about the city from the roman Barcino to the medieval Barcelona of the 13th century.
You can go with:
4. CCCB (Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona)
The Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona, open its gates for the Museum Night.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines H12, H16, V13, V15, 7, 24, 54, 55, 59, 63, 67 and 120.
- Metro: getting off at Universitat (L1/L2) or Catalunya (L1/L3).
5. El Born Centre de Cultura i Memòria
El Born CCM offers a unique archaelogical site in the city of Barcelona.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines D20, H14, H16, V15, V17, V19, 47, 59 and 120.
- Metro: getting off at Jaume I (L4) or Barceloneta (L4).
6. CosmoCaixa
In CosmoCaixa you can visit exhibitions based on science and physics, in which the visitor can participate.

7. Picasso Museum
The Picasso Museum de Barcelona it's the best place to know the first years of Pablo Picasso as an artist.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines D20, H14, H16, V15, V17, V19, 47, 59 and 120.
- Metro: getting off at Jaume I (L4) or Barceloneta (L4).
8. Montjuïc Castle
At Montjuïc Castle you can know the relation of the building with the city of Barcelona. Furthermore, it has spectacular views.
You can go with:
- Bus: line 150.
9. CaixaForum
The CaixaForum it's a place where you will find a variety of artworks.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines D20, D40, H12, H16, V7, 13, 46, 65, 79, 91, 109, 125 and 150.
- Metro: getting off at Espanya (L1/L3).
10. MACBA (Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona)
The MACBA it's the Contemporary Museum of Barcelona, and it has artworks from the last century.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines H12, H16, V13, V15, 7, 24, 54, 55, 59, 63, 67 and120.
- Metro: getting off at Universitat (L1/L2) or Catalunya (L1/L3).
11. Robert Palace
The Robert Palace is a well-known building of the city of Barcelona that holds a variety of exhibitions.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines D40, H8, H10, V15, V17, 6, 7, 22, 24, 27, 33, 34, 39, 47, 63 and 114.
- Metro: getting off at Diagonal (L3/L5).
12. Futbol Club Barcelona Museum
In Barça Immersive Tour you can learn about the history of FCB and visit the Camp Nou.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines D20, H8, V1, V3, V5, 54, 59 and 157.
- Metro: getting off at Palau Reial, Maria Cristina and Les Corts (L3), Badal and Collblanc (L5) or Collblanc (L9 Sud o L10 Sud).
13. Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau
To celebrate de Night of Museums, the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau opens its gates so that you can visit this great building.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines D50, H6, H8, H10, V21, V23, 19, 33, 34, 47, 117, 191 and 192.
- Metro: getting off at Sant Pau | Dos de maig (L5).
14. Fundació Joan Miró
A place to a better understanding of the artist Joan Miro and more of the 20th and 21th century.
You can go with:
- Bus: lines 13, 55 and 150.
- Funicular de Montjuïc.
15. Moco Museum
A space where you can visit the museum's collection with works by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Banksy, JR, Kaws or Keith Hairing.
You can arrive there by:
- Bus: number 120.
16. Museu Egipci de Barcelona
Pharaohs, gods, sarcophagi and momias await you on this visit to ancient Egypt.
You can get there by:
- Bus: numbers H10, V15, V17, X1, 7, 22, 24, 39, and 47.
- Metro: nearest station Passeig de Gràcia (L2/L3/L4).
Espai Mercè Sala
And, of course, our exhibition hall, the Espai Mercè Sala, has also joined the initiative. Located at Diagonal Metro Station (L3/L5).
Metro service will run all night. The metro service is increased and the Montjuic Funicular extends its service timetable until 1.30 am. Journey Planner helps you.
