Ask the driver for the ramp before the bus reaches the stop.
Once you are at the stop, check the page for that stop in TMB App, select the bus line you want to take, and access the page for the next bus.
Remember that you can find the information about the stop you need by using geolocation, adding it to your favourites in TMB App, or using the search fields in TMB App.
Enable Bluetooth and the permission for nearby devices, then follow the steps we indicate below.
It’s very easy!
On this screen, you can enable the feature if you haven’t already done so previously in the Accessibility Options screen found in the Settings menu.
You only need to do this once, and it will remain active for all the buses you check.
Activating this option ensures you can go straight to the next step: requesting the ramp.
TMB App will tell you whether the ramp is available or if there is an issue that prevents it from being used.
If the ramp is available, tap Request ramp.
Once you have selected the ramp option, the driver will receive the request on their screen via Bluetooth, and you will receive confirmation of your request on your device.
To ensure the notification is sent to the driver, a message will appear asking you not to close the current screen.
