On June 26 at 11:00 a.m., we invite you to the TMB colloquium, Pride in Diversity. In this roundtable, the latest developments in LGTBIQ+ matters at TMB will be discussed, with a focus on employees, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and an emphasis on respect for diversity and inclusion.
TMB, as the main public transport operator in Catalonia, committed to the sustainable and equitable development of society, works to ensure equal opportunities and non-discrimination through various practical measures both internally and externally.

TMB's commitment
In June 2021, the Plan for the Prevention, Detection, and Intervention of LGTBI-phobia in TMB's transport networks was presented, developed in collaboration with the Observatory Against Homophobia (OCH). Since then, measures have been implemented to ensure safe, inclusive mobility, free from any discriminatory behavior. This initiative reaffirms TMB’s commitment to increasingly sustainable and equitable social development by rolling out actions aimed at guaranteeing equal opportunities, based on the belief that diversity is a source of richness and firmly condemning any conduct that undermines human dignity.
Looking ahead to 2025, TMB has taken another step by joining the REDI Network (Business Network for LGBTI Diversity and Inclusion), strengthening its commitment to defending the rights and visibility of LGTBIQ+ individuals.
