Annually, Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona invites its users to participate in the annual user satisfaction data collection for bus and metro services, which is part of the comparative studies conducted by the International Bus Benchmarking Group (IBBG) and the CoMET and Nova metro groups.
Through this joint effort, we aim to analyze the bus and metro services and study best practices with the goal of improving them based on direct feedback from users.
In this anonymous and confidential questionnaire, users can evaluate their travel experience and indicate their level of agreement or disagreement with various aspects of the service, such as availability, accessibility, information, travel time, customer service, comfort, safety, and environmental impact.
