Connection between L1 and L5 closed at Plaça de Sants station

Transportation impacts and recommendations


Until March 2027, approximately, due to improvement works, the connecting corridor between metro lines L1 and L5 at Plaça de Sants station will be closed.

To enter or exit the Plaça de Sants station, you can use the Alcolea (escala mecànica), Alcolea, Olzinelles, Cros and Riego access for L1 or Plaça de Sants and Galileu access for L5.

The connection between metro lines L1 and L5 has to be made on the street, following the signage. When re-entering Plaça de Sants station and validating your ticket, no trip will be deducted.
