Service interruption on L10 Sud

Here are the full details of the service interruption between Zal|Riu Vell i Can Tries|Gornal stations on metro line L10 Sud.

What are the service changes?

  • From 3 to 6 April, there will be no train service between Zal|Riu Vell and Can Tries|Gornal on L10 Sud.
  • The section between Can Tries|Gornal and Collblanc is shared by L9 Sud and L10 Sud. Trains on L9 Sud will continue to run on this section.
  • On the night of Sunday 5 April to Monday 6 April, L9 Sud services will finish at midnight. On that night, the metro network normally operates until 2.00 am, as it is the eve of a public holiday (6 April is Easter Monday). However, due to these improvement works, L9 Sud services will end at midnight.

Why are these changes necessary?

Train services between Zal|Riu Vell and Can Tries|Gornal are suspended due to improvement works to the rail system on this section, which will enhance the reliability and safety of the line.

Alternative transport

There is a special bus service with different origin and destination zones depending on the day and time.
