TMBbot responds with information that is currently available on this website through a decision tree created from the most common queries. Response guides are being expanded based on the enquiries received.
You can also ask your questions about T-mobilitat and check the departure time of the next bus (iBus) and the next metro train (iMetro) at a specific stop or station. All you need do is choose iBus or iMetro and, when prompted by TMBbot, enter the bus stop's code or the metro station's official name, in Catalan.
If you prefer, you can ask for our staff to assist you. Just ask TMBbot to deal with an agent; we will reply to you by email, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 8 pm..
To chat, click on the TMBbot icon, at the bottom right of various sections of the website, such as "Customer Service", "Transport Network" and "Tickets and Fares”, in Catalan and Spanish.
You can interact with the bot in natural writing in Catalan and Spanish and through buttons with options you have to choose to get the information you need.
