TMB’s virtual support system powered by artificial intelligence.
The TMB Virtual Assistant provides answers based on the information currently available on this website, using a decision tree created from the most common queries. The response guides are continuously expanded based on the questions received.
You can also use it to ask questions about T-mobilitat and to check the arrival time of the next bus (iBus) or metro (iMetro) at a specific stop or station. Simply type “iBus” or “iMetro” and, when the assistant asks you, enter the stop code or the name of the metro station in Catalan.
If you prefer, you can request assistance from our staff. Just ask the assistant to connect you with an agent; we will reply by email from Monday to Friday (working days) between 7:00 and 20:00.
