• More direct: it has few stops so that journeys are lighter.
• Better connected: TMB's X2 - Prat XPRES takes you directly from Prat to Barcelona in 25 minutes and runs on weekends.
• More sustainable: the X2 buses are EcoBus models.

We are working on expanding the TMB bus network by adding a new XPRESBus line to those currently in service, such as local, conventional and high-performance lines.  

The XPRESBus is a line concept that was born in 2021 with the aim of offering faster, straighter and more agile routes, improving connections and using sustainable EcoBus model buses.

The XPRESBus lines have a different identification and color than the rest of the lines, which are black.

The first line of these characteristics, the X1, which entered service in September 2021 and connects Plaça Francesc Macià with Glòries. Now the X2 - Prat XPRESS is being launched to connect El Prat and Barcelona. Release it from October 1!
