Customer satisfaction survey. Help us to analyse and improve our service
We are undertaking a study along with other transport operators around the world who are members of the benchmarking associations CoMET, NOVA (metro) and IBBG (bus).
If you travel on the bus or metro, your opinion counts!
It will only take you three to five minutes to answer our surveys.
We want to hear your opinion of specific aspects of the bus and metro service. For this reason, we are taking part in an international experiment along with transport companies in Delhi, Shenzhen, London, Mexico City, New York, Santiago de Chile, Singapore, Bangkok, Brussels, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, Lisbon, Montreal, Newcastle, Rio de Janeiro, Toronto, Vancouver, Dublin, Paris, Seattle, Sydney, Madrid, Dubai, Berlin, Seoul, and Moscow.
The aim is to analyse bus and metro services and study best practices in order to improve them based on customer opinions. We want to hear yours!
