Disruptions and recommended transport
Today 10 June, due to Pope Leo XIV’s visit, there will be disruptions to bus and metro service in Barcelona.
This service notice is currently being prepared. We will keep it updated with any new disruptions that may occur.

LIVE SERVICE STATUS
The following service disruptions are currently in effect:
At the moment, partial service on L10 Sud. It is operating between ZAL | Riu Vell and Foc on one side, and between Can Tries | Gornal and Collblanc on the other. No service between Foc and Can Tries | Gornal.
At the moment, partial service on L9 Sud. It is operating between Aeroport T1 and Les Moreres on one side, and between Parc Logístic and Zona Universitària on the other. No service between Les Moreres and Parc Logístic.
Sagrada Família area:
- Reason: Preparations for the Sagrada Família event.
- Metro: No service at Sagrada Familia station. Trains will not stop at the station all day.
- Bus lines: D50, H8, H10, V17, V19, V21, 6, 19, 33, 34, 39, 47, 114.
- Cancelled stops: 4, 60, 63, 94, 126, 146, 174, 213, 218, 219, 315, 317, 321, 504, 783, 784, 841, 913, 949, 1066, 1072, 1080, 1089, 1135, 1138, 1141, 1207, 1225, 1227, 1228, 1247, 1265, 1297, 1318, 1425, 1490, 1492, 1498, 1520, 3314, 3315, 3341, 3369, 3370, 3388, 3391, 3697, 3874, 3891, 3907, 3908, 3909, 3911.
Avenida Diagonal, between Passeig de Gràcia and Passeig Sant Joan:
- Reason: Visit by Pope Leo XIV.
- Bus lines: V17, H8, 6, 33, 34.
- Cancelled stops: 3891, 1520, 502, 1080, and 3874.
Recommended transport
Due to disruptions in bus service, we recommend using the subway to travel to the locations where Pope Leo XIV’s visits are taking place.
To get to the Sagrada Familia area, you need to get off at the station before or after it: Verdaguer (L4/L5) or Sant Pau | Dos de Maig (L5).
