Centenary's climbing time trial
A climing 419 steps of solidarity race? No spots left!
300 runners have accepted the challenge to complete 18 floors of empathy next Sunday, May 18th. The funds raised will be donated to children, families, and friends of AFANOC.
Next Sunday, May 18th the TMB Foundation and Transperfect Mountain Challenge, sponsored by Orona, and with the collaboration of the TMB Athletic Club, encourage you to participate in the time trial climb at the deepest station in the entire TMB network, El Coll/La Teixonera (L5): over 60 meters of elevation, step by step, from the lowest point to the surface, to be the first to reach the finish line in support of the AFANOC Association and family with childrens with cancer.
How will the time trial be?
- The event consists of two timed runs that each participant must complete consecutively. Each participant has an assigned start time and will access the station from the competition center on the outside in groups of 20 people. The bib number must be collected at least 30 minutes before the assigned start time.
- The entire group will go down to the starting area by elevator, and once at the start, located near the platform, participants will begin exiting, following the organization's instructions, in groups of 4 at one-minute intervals.
- After completing the first timed run, the results must be downloaded from the card before going back down to do the second run.
- Timing will be carried out using the SportIdent (SI) system, with electronic cards and bases that must be marked at both the start and finish lines.
