T-metropolitana Companion pass
Free pass for companions of people who cannot travel alone due to a disability.
Description
The T-metropolitana is a plastic support with contactless technology, just like the T-mobilitat. There are three types of T-metropolitana: the T-metropolitana Free pink card, the T-metropolitana Reduced-fare pink card and the T-metropolitana Companion pass.
The T-metropolitana Companion Pass is a travel card that allows unlimited journeys throughout the metro network (including the Airport T1 and Airport T2 stations on the L9 Sud line), on regular TMB bus lines, on the tram, on AMB bus lines (except the Aerobús), and on FGC lines within the metropolitan fare area.
The T-metropolitana Companion Pass is issued in the name of the person with a disability, but it is used by the person accompanying them. In the event of an inspection, the identity of the person with a disability must be verified with their DNI or NIE.
The person with a disability must validate their own travel card (such as the T-metropolitana Free Pink Card, the T-4, the T-casual, etc.), while the accompanying person validates the T-metropolitana Companion Pass.
