Quality and sustainability policies
The priority of quality and sustainability policies is to meet the needs and expectations of the public, nature and the magnitude of environmental impact of activity. They therefore include the commitments towards quality, sustainability, energy efficiency and environmentally responsible purchasing.
The service charter is the document where we present the commitments we have acquired in our services, concerning efficiency and quality. It also includes the participation mechanisms of the public and users to improve the service.
