3. Why do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data to manage your participation in TMB job selection processes. This includes, among other things, evaluation of your application, contacting you or conducting interviews or tests.
Applicant data is processed with this in mind. Otherwise, TMB would be unable to evaluate your application and you would not be able to participate in our selection process.
4. Why is it legal for us to process your personal data?
Because we have a legitimate interest in developing selection processes to be able to fill job vacancies at TMB. We understand that, by providing us with your applicant data, you expect us to review them for the purpose of evaluating your application.
5. For how long will we process your personal data?
We will retain your applicant data for one (1) year without your having updated them, as we understand that during this period they are out of date. In relation to the data generated during the job selection process in which you can participate, we will retain these data until the process is over. In this way, TMB guarantees these data will not be retained any longer than necessary for the purposes mentioned above. This will not affect the preservation of data that later could be required for the presentation, exercise or defence of possible claims and provided this is permitted by applicable law.
6. Who do we share your personal data with?
We can share your data with third party service providers, mainly recruitment agencies and technical bodies that help us to manage our IT systems.
7. What rights do you have regarding your personal data?
TMB hereby informs you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and limitation regarding your personal data. In other words, you can see if we have collected data about you, what kind of data and how we obtained them. You can request that we update your data when they are inaccurate or incomplete. You can request that we eliminate all or part of your data. You can object at any time to the processing of your data. You can request that we mark your data as limited (in this case, we will not use them for the initial purposes).
These rights may be exercised freely by users and, where appropriate, by their representatives by sending a written and signed request to the following address: Carrer 60, No. 21-23. Sector A, Zona Franca, 08040 Barcelona, indicating in the subject line: “Exercise of GDPR rights” and including the following information: name and surname(s) of the user, address for correspondence, photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport, and details of the request being submitted.
