Bus and metro staff
Metro staff
Staff at metro stations can give you all the help and information you need regarding your journey, in case of an incident or if you have any kind of problem. You can talk to them in person or via the intercoms.
There are intercoms on all ticket vending machines, on board trains, on platforms, in lifts, at entrances and emergency exits, in some transfer halls and at doors for wheelchair users.
In an emergency or if you witness an illicit act, you can also contact a security guard.
Bus staff
The driver can provide information on the route and change a travel card that, despite being in good condition, cannot be properly validated. He can also attend to you should there be an incident on board.
In addition, bi-articulated buses have single ticket machines and an intercom should you need to contact the driver.
