In the Covid-19 section you will find all the information about the new normality on public transport.
Do I have to wear a mask when traveling on public transport?
The use of the mask is mandatory on the public transport network: on buses and at bus stops, on trains and all metro installations (halls, platforms, corridors and escalators).
Have transport timetables changed?
Yes, the metro network operates on a fixed timetable from 5 in the morning to 12 midnight, Monday to Sunday. The "non-stop" service from Saturday to Sunday on the metro has been suspended until further notice.
Check out the current timetable.
Can I buy a single ticket on the bus?
Drivers are protected by screens and ticket sales are suppressed.
That is why you need to buy the ticket or season ticket before boarding the bus. You can do this at the metro vending machines and by shopping online on both TMB Tickets website and TMB App. Remember that tickets purchased online (except for the single bus ticket) must be collected at the machines on the metro network with the voucher number you will receive.
The single bus ticket is fully digital and you can buy and validate it on board the bus with TMB App. You can also buy the single ticket valid for the bus at the five bus stops that have ticket sales machines, where payment can be made exclusively by credit or debit card.
How can I find out about the level of occupancy?
To avoid crowds, a new information system has been implemented that allows checking the estimated train and bus occupancy data in real time. We recommend that before you access the metro facilities or get on a bus, you check the occupancy and follow the recommendations. Please consider that estimated occupancy rates could be affected in the event of unexpected incidents in the service.

Although T2 is temporarily closed, metro line 9 Sud and bus route 46, which pass through T2, maintain their services.
