ISO 9001 for activities that involve:
- Providing service and information to customers/citizens in person, telephonically and digitally.
- Designing Corporate Identity Campaigns and implementing improvement projects and actions in order to unify the images of the companies that make up TMB.
- Designing and implementing information and signage projects and actions.
- Designing and implementing micro-marketing campaigns.
- Analysing TMB's situacion regarding accessibility within the regulatory framework and in collaboration with other entities, administrations and the general public to guarantee accessibility to infrastructures, vehicles and services in order to assist functionally diverse customers.
- Promote and coordinate initiatives for improved access among the various work groups that make up the Universal Accessibility Committee.
