ISO 9001 Customer Area
It includes the following activities:
- Providing service and information to customers/citizens in person, telephonically and digitally.
- Designing Corporate Identity Campaigns and implementing improvement projects and actions in order to unify the images of the companies that make up TMB.
- Designing and implementing information and signage projects and actions.
- Designing and implementing micro-marketing campaigns.
- Analysing TMB's situacion regarding accessibility within the regulatory framework and in collaboration with other entities, administrations and the general public to guarantee accessibility to infrastructures, vehicles and services in order to assist functionally diverse customers.
- Promote and coordinate initiatives for improved access among the various work groups that make up the Universal Accessibility Committee.
Forecast for the future
- Integrated certification of BUS Network and Metro Network processes in ISO 9001, UNE 13816, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
- ISO 9001 certification for the TMB People's Management Department.
- ISO 9001 certification of the purchasing process.
