Do you know all you can do with your mobile?
Smartphone penetration amongst TMB metro and bus users is very high, 88% and 87%, respectively, according to the November 2015 TMB Client perception survey. For this reason we recently decided to offer more and better functions for users to use on their mobiles while travelling on public transport. On TMB App and also on the company's website and its social channels, you can do the following:
- Via the iBus option on TMB App, or the website home page, you can find out in real time when the next bus is due. Just enter the stop code and click on OK.
- If you notice any damage or irregularity to TMB vehicles or premises, you can report it via the Twitter profile @TMBinfo, or the reporting damage form, which will help us to put it right.
- Likewise, if you lose something on your journey, go to tmb.cat. In Customer services, amongst the procedures you will find the option how to retrieve lost property.
