Customer satisfaction survey. Help us to analyse and improve our service
We are undertaking a study along with other transport operators around the world who are members of the benchmarking associations CoMET and NOVA (metro) and IBBG (bus).
If you travel on the bus or metro, your opinion counts!
It will only take you three to five minutes to answer our surveys.
We want to hear your opinion of specific aspects of the bus and metro service.For this reason, we take part in an international experience in which, apart from TMB, transport companies from other cities around the world collaborate. Among the members of CoMET and Nova are the main companies of Delhi, Hong Kong, London, Mexico City, New York, Santiago de Chile, Singapore, Bangkok, Brussels, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, Lisbon, Montreal, Newcastle, Rio de Janeiro, Toronto, Vancouver, Dublin, Paris, Seattle and Sydney to name but some.
The aim is to analyse bus and metro services and study best practices in order to improve them based on customer opinions. We want to hear yours!
