A culture of cooperation and solidarity

We foster a culture of cooperation and solidarity amongst our staff; we work with organisations, institutions and bodies that are experts in the matter, and develop projects to contribute to the building of better society.

Our Cooperation and Solidarity Master Plan is the instrument that systematises TMB's social policy through six action programmes: promoting volunteering, social procurement, support for mobility, sharing knowledge, transfer of unused assets and dissemination and support for organisations.
