Welcome to the website of Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB), Catalonia’s main public transport operator.

Our company’s desire to serve drives us to continually improve the quality of the service we provide for the citizens of Barcelona and its metropolitan area, and to make all channels that favour the use of public transport available to them.

Information and communication are key factors in our daily activity to enable citizen mobility. In this respect, TMB has made a commitment to using new technologies. This website is at the forefront of our digital strategy, as a tool intended to be useful, participative, innovative and accessible.

We wish to make available to everyone institutional information on the company, our projects and the activities of the public transport services we manage and the metropolitan area in which the metro, buses, Montjuïc funicular and cable car, Barcelona Bus Turístic and Tramvia Blau operate.
