Punt TMB information and customer service centres

The metro offers five Punt TMB information and customer service centres, where you will be attended to personally. You can undertake the same transactions as are available online, and others that require your physical presence, such as, collecting long property, buying travel cards and season tickets and so on.

Punt TMB Diagonal Line 3 Line 3

Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. Diagonal station lobby. Entrance: Carrer Rosselló - Rambla de Catalunya.

Punt TMB Sagrada Família Line 2 Line 2

Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. August: weekdays from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm. Sagrada Família station lobby. Entrance: Carrer Sardenya.

This Punt TMB information centre is closed temporarily.

Punt TMB La Sagrera Line 1 Line 1 Line 1 Line 1

Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. La Sagrera station lobby. Entrance: Carrer Hondures.

Punt TMB Sants Estació Line 3 Line 3

Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. August: weekdays from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm.

Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Sundays and public holidays from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. Rodalies lobby.

Punt TMB Universitat Line 1 Line 1
