Punt TMB information and customer service centres

The metro offers three Punt TMB information and customer service centres, where you will be attended to personally. You can undertake the same transactions as are available online in our Customer services section, and others that require your physical presence. Of these, lost property can be collected only at Punt TMB Diagonal, and T-Escolar cards with an invoice can only be purchased at Punt TMB Universitat. Another quick and easy alternative is to use the digital self-service point in Punt TMB Diagonal, which has all the tools you need (computer, USB, scanner, etc.), where you can make requests and undertake procedures online.

Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Saturday from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Sundays and public holidays from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.

Public holidays 1 January, 25 and 26 December, closed.
