How to retrieve lost property

To claim lost property, just fill in the form below.

You also call us on 902 07 50 27 and give a brief description of the lost item (after 5.00 pm on the day following the loss).

If the item is found, we will direct you to Punt TMB Diagonal (L3 and L5), where you will be able to collect it within a minimum of 24 hours when you show your ID and sign a receipt for the item in question.

Items found, if not claimed with in one week, are sent to the city council lost and found office:
