Corporate Presentation
TMB is the main public transport operator in the metropolitan area and aims to be a reference for its contribution to sustainable mobility and for the quality of the service it provides.
Annual reports
Every year TMB publishes a report containing the main milestones reached, the organic structure, management report, details and company figures and economic results.
The report is prepared by adapting the Global Reporting Initiative GRI (G3) method, the standard most used in drawing up corporate social responsibility and sustatainability reports. In recent years it has received a score of A+. This means that the report meets the specifications for G3 level A and that it has been verified independently.
2010
In 2010 TMB has continued to fulfil its commitment to the public, making major improvements to the metro and bus services and becoming, once again, a reference in accessibility, efficiency, innovation and sustainability in European public transport. This report includes the main activities undertaken this year.
2009
TMB is moved by sustainability. Everything TMB has done throughout 2009 to innovate and improve the public transport network, which is key to the sustainability of cities, is contained in this document. Amongst other things, we can highlight the coming into operation of the first automatic metro line (L9/10) and the automation of the existing L11, the purchase of 25 new Bus del Barri neighbourhood buses, the drawing up the Solidarity and Cooperation Master Plan and TMB Foundation project.
2008
In Barcelona, TMB is what moves us. A more innovative, responsible and sustainable public transport. It was with this vision and quality of services as a priority, that TMB worked in 2008, the year in which a new stretch of metro line 3 came into service, automation tests were carried out on L2 and buses powered by less-polluting alternative fuels were purchased.
