TMB's philosophy incorporates the changes and advances taking place in our society and promotes dialogue and support between employees, citizens, government agencies and suppliers. We also foster cultural and social diversity and cooperation, solidarity and willingness amongst our employees. TMB provides a network of transport and services accessible to everyone and aims to help reconcile personal and work life in all company sectors.
This commitment to society has brought about the creation of various projects at TMB:
We design activities for schools and groups to find out how public transport operates. Read more TMB Education
TMB have already reached many of their accessibility goals. But in order to achieve our final objective of universal accessibility, we have drawn up a master plan containing ten key projects, as we are very aware of the role public transport plays in the city's accessibility.
The Cooperation and Solidarity Master Plan (PDCS) is a document that expresses our undertaking to work on social action projects, through six different programmes aimed at spreading the culture of cooperation and solidarity within the company.
At TMB one of our chief concerns is the environment and natural resources. Our Environmental Sustainability Master Plan encompasses the projects we undertake to find maximum energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, improve air quality and promote an increasingly sustainable culture.
